With an allocation of Php 1,391,999.98 from your hard-earned taxes, we’re making dreams come true for our local Mango Growers, thanks to the High Value Crops Development Program.
🍊 Together with Ms. Michelle Baino, representing our Provincial Governor, and Engr. Ab P. David, the Regional HVCDP and NUPAP Focal Person, we celebrated this remarkable achievement. We also had the privilege of hosting Mr. Ruel C. Gesmundo, BPI Assistant Director, Mr. Jose Jeffrey Rodriguez, Project Development Officer IV, HVCDP, and Ferdinand B. Hilario, Chairperson of First Tarlac Mango Stakeholders Association, Inc.
