Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) beneficiaries under DOLE direct Administration
were deployed to different public schools of the municipality of Capas (Elementary & Highschool) assisted and monitored by DOLE Tarlac representatives Mr. Vincent Ursabia and Ms. Menchie Flor Soriano.
LGU Capas headed by our Municipal Mayor Hon Roseller B. Rodriguez, together with our Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Alex Espinosa and SB members joined hands with DEPED yearly launching of their program activity
“BRIGADA ESKWELA”
