Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) beneficiaries under DOLE direct Administration
were deployed to different public schools of the municipality of Capas (Elementary & Highschool) assisted and monitored by DOLE Tarlac representative Mr. Vincent Ursabia.
LGU Capas headed by our Municipal Mayor Hon Roseller B. Rodriguez, together with our Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Alex Espinosa and SB members joined hands with DEPED yearly launching of their program activity
