THE SEARCH IS ON FOR THE 2023 MOST OUTSTANDING CAPASENO

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Nominee shall be a Filipino citizen who is:
a) Born in Capas; or
b) A resident of Capas for at least fifteen (15) years prior to 06 December 2023
2. He/she has exhibited excellence and outstanding characteristics with exceptional achievements and contributions in his/her chosen field.
3. The following are NOT qualified to become a nominee or a nominator:
a) Members of the Selection Committee
b) All incumbent employees whether permanent or under contract of service, elected or appointed, including those who were employed in the municipal government of Capas within three (3) years immediately preceding 06 December 2023
c) Individuals who have pending criminal or administrative case
CRITERIA
1. Contribution – Significant contribution of work to the community whether local ornational
2. Leadership – Demonstrated leadership resulting to improvement of communitylife
3. Initiative – Initiative which has brought positive change to the lives of otherpeople in the community
4. Qualities of a Role Model – Inspiring qualities as a role model to the community
5. Honor – Achievements which has brought honor to Capas and/or fellowCapasenos
The deadline for nominations is on or before 5:00 in the afternoon of November 16, 2023.
The Most Outstanding Capaseno Awards Night is on December 5, 2023, 6:00 in the evening at the Capas Plazuela, Brgy. Sto. Rosario, Capas, Tarlac.
SPECIAL CITATIONS
Special citations shall likewise be awarded to those born or has been a resident for at least ten (10) years in Capas who:
1. Obtained their bachelor’s, masteral, and doctorate degree in the year 2023 with latin honors.
2. Passed the board or bar examinations in the year 2023.
3. Received awards or recognitions from national institutions or award-giving bodies for their achievements in their given field in the year 2023
The deadline of submission of documents for Special Citations is on or before 5:00 in the afternoon of November 16, 2023 at the Municipal Budget Office, Ground Floor, Municipal Building, Sto. Domingo II, Capas, Tarlac.
