The Registry System for the Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA)

The Registry System for the Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) is a registry of farmers, fisherfolk, and farm laborers that serves as a targeting mechanism for the identification of beneficiaries for different agriculture-related programs and services of the government.
In line with the first and second components of the Updating of the Registry System for the Basic Sector in Agriculture (RSBSA) which are the Profiling of Farmers and Fishers, and the Georeferencing of Farm Parcels. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office III RSBSA Team together with the Municipal Agriculture Office of Capas personally endorsed to our Honorable Mayor Atty. Roseller B. Rodriguez the assigned personnel that will facilitate the Georeferencing of Farm Parcels in our municipality.
In parcel georeferencing, farm production areas are measured, including other physical parameters that serve as guides for government interventions to be more suitable to increase farmer’s and fisherfolk’s productivity and incomes, and make their operations resilient and sustainable.
