HON. Roseller “Boots” Rodriguez with our Regional Director, CSUPT RODERICK P AGUTO, DSC, signed the Deed of Usufruct for the 1000sqm portion of lot located at Capas Plazuela, Brgy. Sto. Rosario, Capas, Tarlac.
