MUNICIPALITY OF CAPAS SHINES BRIGHT IN 2023 PROVINCIAL AUDITS: A COLLECTIVE TRIUMPH FOR CAPASEÑOS

In a resounding testament to unity and dedication, the Municipality of Capas emerged as a beacon of achievement during the 2023 Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) and Peace and Order Council (POC) Audits. Capas not only garnered a remarkable HIGH FUNCTIONALITY RATING of 100.00 points in the ADAC Audit but also achieved an impressive FUNCTIONAL RATING OF 102% in the POC Audit. This triumph, while reflective of the collective efforts of Capaseños, exemplifies the leadership within the Municipality in fostering a safe and harmonious community.
The 2023 Provincial Awarding ceremony, held at Tarlac City’s New Sangguniang Panlalawigan Building, celebrated the unwavering commitment of local communities throughout Tarlac. Capas showcased exceptional dedication to the well-being and security of its residents. The municipality’s achievements were proudly shared with 18 other local government units (LGUs) in Tarlac, each receiving well-deserved recognition for their High Functionality ratings in the ADAC and POC Audits.
