CAPAS,TARLAC – Just this morning, the Tarlac Police Provincial Office, presented a Plaque of Recognition to Mayor Reynaldo L. Catacutan for his support and immeasurable contribution to the overall mission and objectives of the PNP.

“Hindi man ako nakapunta, makakaasa ang aking mga kababayan, at ang buong probinsya na patuloy po nating susuportahan ang PNP at tutugunan ang pangagailangang panseguridad ng taong bayan,” Mayor Catacutan said.

Meanwhile, the award was received by Municipal Administrator Engr. Eleazar Beltran at the Celebration of the 147th Birthday of General Francisco Soliman Macabulos in the presence of Gov. Susan A. Yap and other LGU and PNP officials.
