Insightful Benchmarking Trip to Tarlac
The Provincial Government of Camiguin recently embarked on an insightful benchmarking trip to Tarlac, exploring our province’s exceptional medical and social services facilities along with our Provincial Government’s best practices.
During their visit, the Camiguin delegation also had the privilege of paying homage to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives in World War II. They visited the hallowed grounds of the Capas National Shrine and saw the solemn Capas Death March Memorial, where they joined in commemorating their extraordinary valor through a simple wreath-laying ceremony. They then proceeded to New Clark City for the second part of their tour.
