The inauguration of Cabanatuan Balay Silangan Reformatory Center was realized thru the cooperation of its member national agencies, local government units and private stakeholders. It was attended by PDEA Dir. Gen. Aaron N. Aquino, PDEA-PECIS Dir. Donelyn M. Hemedez, DILG Region 3 Director Julie J. Daquioag, DILG Nueva Ecija Provincial Director Renato G. Bernardino, Nueva Ecija 3rd District Representative Rosanna V. Vergara, Cabanatuan City Mayor Julius Cesar V. Vergara, Capas Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan, officers of PNP, NGAs, and other stakeholders.
