Final Inventory and Turnover
In adherence to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023-166, the Capas Municipal
Assessment and Transition Team (MATT) successfully conducted the Final Inventory and Turnover of Properties, Financial Records, Documents, and Money Accountabilities of all twenty (20) Barangays and Sangguniang Kabataan (SKs) of the Municipality of Capas on November 7 to 9, 2023.
The Municipal Assessment and Transition Team composed of the Municipal Accountant Rhyzeth P. Maliwat as the Chairperson, MLGOO Maria Teresa P. Marquez as Co-Chairperson, and its members: Municipal Budget Officer Gina M. Intong, Assistant Municipal Treasurer Ma. Socorro G. Lim, staffs from concerned departments Ronmar M. Supan, Elaine B. Lopez, Ashley Joy I. Guevarra, Mariett S. Baquing, Rinsen Pating, Renato Rivera, DILG staff Raiza Mungcal, and LYDC Member Darwin P. Gomez conducted the on-site inspection of the Barangay and SK PFRDs and Money Accountabilities and witnessed the Turnover Ceremony of the outgoing to incoming officials.
These activities were conducted under the directive of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Roseller “Boots” Rodriguez in ensuring proper and smooth transition of governance, accountabilities and actual turnover of Barangay and SK PFRDs and Money Accountabilities.
Undeniably, the strength of our beloved town is through the strong partnership between the Municipality and its Barangay and SK units. This is one big leap to the goal of Mayor Roseller B. Rodriguez to give primacy for the foremost welfare and development of our town through unity.
