Dominican College of Tarlac has suspend its classes and conduct school-wide precautionary measures today, March 11.
This action is in response to the Municipal Executive Order No. 11 s. 2020, released by Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan last March 10, 2020.
DCT has suspended its classes to all levels starting today (March 11, 2020) until Saturday (March 14, 2020).
Executive Vice President Sr. Marisor J. Fabros, OP convened an emergency meeting involving all academic heads and non-academic offices today at 8:00am.
This meeting is for the institution to conduct contingency plans regarding its operations and activities affected by the COVID-19 situation, as well as preventive measure to ensure DCT as a COVID-19-free institution.
As start of DCT’s preventive measure, maintenance personnel conduct school-wide cleaning and disinfection this morning, with the assistance and guidance of Safety Officer Jake Miguel.
Further activities towards DCT’s precautionary measures will be based on the directive of the Local Government Unit and other government agencies such as Department of Health.
