Awarding of Nego – Kart and Startekits for Livelihood Project

CAPAS, TARLAC – 30 NEGO Karts and 10 Starterkits were awarded for the beneficiaries of DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) this February 7, 2018 by Mayor Reynaldo L. Catacutan and PESO Capas.
