Aldo Ortilano is a day exclusively programmed and set aside for our local farmers who have not received a subsidy from the national goverment.

A total of 1,423 farmers from all barangays have each received financial assistance amounting to 1,423 ₱4,000.00. The distribution was held at the Capas Municipal covered Court.

The activity is jointly spearheaded by the Municipal Agriculture Office and the Office of Mayor Roseller “Boots” Rodriguez.
