306 Successful Years of Capas Day Celebration
Bearing the theme “Capas… Green City,” the celebration of the most awaited annual event kick-started with an exciting gastronomic event pulling-off the successful launch of the Capas Walking Street; a food park featuring the Capaseños’ version of both common and extraordinary street food well-embraced by food lovers which was then followed by various competitions, social events, a thanksgiving mass, grand parade and the Awarding and Coronation Night attended by over 2,000 Capaseños who showed great support for the vibrant and festive celebration. Furthermore, the surprise performances of Nyoy Volante, TJ Marquez, and Ethan Renar David (2015 WCOPA Junior Vocalist Grand Champion) brought out best of the Capaseños’ smiles and the most of their energy as they serenade the beauties of Miss Capas 2016.
