Tricycle Collision Victims, Rescued by MDRMMC and TRADOC

CAPAS, TARLAC – This morning of January 4, 2018, two tricycle vehicles carrying two minors and 1 family, respectively, were brought to the Ospital Ning Capas after the quick response of the Capas MDRRMC team and TRADOC rescuers.
